the Next Generation Media Lawyers

We are the Next Generation Media Lawyers - a newly formed professional association and networking group specifically for media law practitioners 10 years PQE/Call or under.

Our members are solicitors, barristers, trainees, pupil barristers and paralegals from across the media law industry. Whether you are in private practice or in-house, a claimant or defendant specialist, we are the association for you.

We will hold regular social events throughout the year, to help our members expand their networks and build relationships with likeminded individuals who are at a similar stage in their careers - fostering good communication within our close-knit sector. We will organise educational talks and seminars on the most pertinent media law issues of the day, whilst also providing a platform via our website and LinkedIn group to share thought leadership and legal updates.

As an association, we believe in the importance of social responsibility and looking out for one another. Each year we will choose a particular cause which affects our members. This year we will be working with charities and organisations to help promote good mental health within the legal profession.
